Causeway: Ireland Scotland Business Exchange is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Eamon Fallon, Financial Adviser with True Potential Wealth Management to its management board.
With over 25 years’ experience as an FCA authorised Financial Adviser, Eamon Fallon has carved out a successful career for himself, firstly with Lloyds TSB and since 2013, with the award-winning, True Potential Wealth Management.
The valuable Scotland-Ireland connection
Based in Ayrshire in the west of Scotland, Eamon has been a member of Causeway: Ireland Scotland Business Exchange since the Glasgow launch of the not-for-profit membership network in September 2016, under its previous name Irish Business Network Scotland and following the inaugural launch of the network at Edinburgh Castle in June 2016.
Like many in the west of Scotland, Eamon has Irish roots and is proud to be part of the Irish diaspora community living and working in Scotland. His father was from Collooney, County Sligo, and Eamon heads back to Ireland and 'Yeats Country' as often as possible to see Irish family, catch a performance at the Hawk's Well Theatre and to watch his beloved Sligo Rovers in action.
Ambitions to connect and grow more business opportunities across the Irish Sea
Commenting on joining the Causeway management board and his ambitions in growing Irish-Scottish business connections, Eamon said:
“I am delighted to be joining the management board of Causeway. I share the board’s desire to connect businesses and create opportunities for professionals on both sides of the Irish Sea, and I hope I can help introduce more businesses and diaspora in the west of Scotland and beyond to this growing membership network.
“Through attending engaging
Causeway networking events, nurturing strong partnerships and meeting great people along the way, being a member of Causeway has undoubtedly helped in growing my business. In addition, the Causeway network also provides a sense of community to be part of an Irish-Scottish network that shares ambitions to promote and celebrate connections between Scotland and Ireland, be it in business, heritage or culture.
“Causeway’s growing membership network represents people and businesses from a diversity of sectors and at various career stages, and I look forward to contributing towards Causeway’s key aim of supporting and encouraging business growth and collaboration.”
